My wife and I grew up in the 80's, yes that was the 1980's for you young-uns. We grew up being taken to medical doctors and getting prescriptions and taking pills made by man. We also ate at least one meal a day at fast food restaurants. Fried foods?....of course. Meat from farms where cows had no room?...yes. Chicken and eggs from chickens who were forced to live their life in a cage and have antibiotics and hormones pumped into them?.....of course.

But, at some point in our lives, we realized our bodies were not well. Our minds were not well. Our outlook was not well. And, we realized all of it was partly because of all the "dead" and "fabricated" stuff we put into our bodies.

Fortunately, my wife and I woke up early enough in our lives that we could make a change that mattered!

For the most part (and, I say it that way because we have to be real. None of us can live a happy life if we never go to restaurants with other family members who don't have the same stringent standards as we do. There is the occasional visit to Chili's to celebrate someone's birthday.), we eat only fruits and vegetables that are grown organically. We eat only meat and poultry and dairy from farm fresh, open range animals. And, quite honestly, we don't eat a lot of meat anyway.

We don't go to medical doctors and we certainly don't take prescriptions. We know there are natural solutions to all our needs. Mother Nature has provided all we need.

The products we recommend on this site are products that tend to be all natural or mostly natural. They focus on bringing forth natural solutions to our daily needs.
